International Sales Director

HATT et SÖNER is an innovative champagne house based in the heart of Côte des Blancs, known for bespoke Personal Vintage champagnes and a modern, experience-driven approach to sales. We are now looking for an International Sales Director to accelerate growth across Europe and selected international markets.
This is a hands-on, commercial role for a driven salesperson who wants responsibility, travel, and strong earning potential. You will be based in Stockholm, travel extensively (mainly Europe), and work directly with high-end clients, partners, and markets.
This is not a corporate management role. It is a 100% hunter role.
Who You Are
- A high-energy salesperson with strong presence and confidence in client-facing situations.
- Motivated by closing deals, building relationships, and outperforming targets.
- Entrepreneurial, independent, and comfortable spending a lot of time on the road.
- Structured enough to manage pipeline and CRM, but fast-moving in execution.
- Passionate about wine, champagne, and/or luxury products.
- At a stage in life where travel, flexibility, and intensity are appealing.
Personality, drive, and sales instinct matter more than titles.
What You Will Do
- Drive International Sales
- Actively sell Personal Vintage, subscriptions, and selected partnerships.
- Develop existing markets and open new ones.
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, tastings, negotiations, closing.
- Build Key Relationships
- Work with PV clients, importers, partners, and strategic accounts.
- Represent HATT et SÖNER at tastings, events, and meetings across Europe.
- Execution & Discipline
- Run tastings and presentations independently.
- Maintain structured CRM usage and reporting.
- Follow up relentlessly until deals are closed.
- Brand Representation
- Act as a strong, credible ambassador for HATT et SÖNER in every interaction.
What You Will Need
- Proven sales experience, ideally within wine, champagne, spirits, or luxury.
- Clear hunter mindset with documented results.
- Fluent in English (French, Swedish and other languages is a strong plus).
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
- Comfortable working independently with clear targets and accountability.
Compensation & Upside
- Competitive base salary aligned with growth-stage company realities.
- Strong commission model where total compensation is expected to at least double base salary when targets are met.
- Clear link between performance and earnings.
