HATT et SÖNER, a prestigious champagne house in the heart of Côte des Blancs, is seeking a driven and charismatic Personal Vintage Director to join our Nordic sales team. Renowned for our bespoke champagnes and innovative approach, we are looking for someone ready to elevate our brand presence and drive growth across the Nordic markets and beyond.

What You Will Do

  • Build Market Presence: Develop and grow a strong social network in your local market and beyond.
  • Drive Sales:
    • Organize and lead Personal Vintage tastings.
    • Actively work with existing clients to grow the Personal Vintage and Vintage portfolio.
    • Drive the launch and expansion of our new subscription model, ensuring growth and client satisfaction.
    • Ambassador Management:
    • Develop and support relationships with market ambassadors, helping set and track goals.
    • Organize ambassador activities to expand brand reach and deepen connections.
  • Sales Operations:
    • Maintain accurate sales reports, manage CRM systems, and ensure all transactions are recorded efficiently.
    • Follow up on outstanding accounts and ensure smooth operational routines.
  • Brand Representation: Be a role model for HATT et SÖNER, representing our core values of passion, innovation, and quality in every interaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to develop local market strategies and contribute to HATTs overall growth goals.


What You Will Need

  • Languages: Fluency in English and Swedish.
  • Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in business, sales, or marketing is preferred.
  • Experience: Sales or business development background; show us your journey and why you fit this role.
  • Tech Skills: Strong command of Microsoft Office, CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), and Google Drive.
  • Flexibility to work locally (Stockholm-based) while supporting other markets as needed.
